De nieuwe wet van 17 juni 2016 inzake overheidsopdrachten, verschenen in het Belgisch Staatsblad van 14 juli 2016, zal op 30 juni 2017 in werking treden voor wat betreft de klassieke sectoren (Koninklijk Besluit van 18 april 2017, gepubliceerd in het Belgisch Staatsblad van 9 mei 2017).
Verduidelijking van enkele nieuwigheden ingevoerd door de nieuwe regelgeving.
