The Law of 31 May 2017 made some notable changes to the Law of 21 November 1989 on mandatory liability insurance of motor vehicles. They apply to the accidents occurring after 22 June 2017. However, the insurers have until 1 December 2018 to adjust their policies and other insurance documents. read more...
