As of 1 January 2018, the unique environmental permit entered into force in every municipality within the Flemish Region, following the Provinces and the Flemish Region itself, where the unique environmental permit came into force on 23 February 2018. Up till now, the unique environmental permit combines the former building permit, the allotment permit and the environmental permit. Read more...
